The Shell Group is principally involved with advising on matters affecting commercial, rural, residential and leisure property. It also provides corporate finance advice, fund management and a range of property related financial services, with substantial investments being made in information technology including our corporate website and web-enabled business systems. Operations are conducted through six business streams:

• Transactional Advice
  The Transactional Advice business stream comprises commercial, residential and investment advice on purchases and sales. Generating transactional income through sales and purchases of commercial, residential assets.
• Consultancy
  Generating fee income from provision of a wide range of professional property services including valuation, building consultancy, landlord and tenant, rating, planning, strategic projects and research.
• Property Management
  Management of commercial, residential and investment property for owners.
• Facilities Management
  Provision of a comprehensive range of services to occupiers of property, ranging from strategic advice through project management to all the services relating to a building. Offering a high quality, long-term, committed fee income. Established an aggressive Leasing Division designed as an owner-oriented representative, marketing commercial space for building owners, as well as representing corporations in search of the best lease space alternatives.
• Fund Management
  Investment management of commercial and residential property portfolios for institutional or retail investors, either on a pooled or segregated account basis.
• Financial Services
  Mortgage broking, financial planning and corporate financial advice translates into significant value-added advantages for clients.
